Ribbon Blender Seals
CinchSeal’s split seal is designed to prevent shaft leakage on ribbon blenders and paddle mixers that are used in the food and chemical processing industries. Our ribbon blender seals put an end to product loss, contamination and bearing and gearbox failures. They create a positive and non-leaking seal between rotating shafts and the end plates of a mixer.
Seal housings can be made from either anodized aluminum or stainless steel. All internal parts are replaceable, and because of our unique self-adjusting elastomer, maintenance costs are significantly decreased.
